Alchemy

Now is an intense time in the history of our evolution.  The heat is ON.  Inside and out.  How do we lighten our vehicles (our bodies/selves) in order to customize our ride in a way that is more aligned to the times?


I want to tell you to get a notebook and write when you're upset.  When you're mad or sad, frustrated, hopeless, envious or even just tired.  Emotion is INFORMATION .. it tells you that what you are believing is either IN alignment with your highest good or it's not.


Answering the following questions will bring you IN to alignment .. Utilize them after you have written about your challenges .. physical, emotional, relational, financial .. any and all ..

Where do you live?

Are you happy living there?

Is there somewhere you would rather be living?

If so, where .. and why?

Are you happy with your home?

If you answered affirmatively, take a moment to really feel the feeling of happiness in your body.  What you are looking for is any sensation of yumminess .. it will, most likely, show up in your chest, your belly, the space just between your chest and your throat (your thymus) or your jaw .. and don't fret if you don't feel it (yet) .. eventually you will.

If you replied with anything less than a yes, why aren't you happy with it?

How would you rather have it?

What do you do with your weekdays?  How do you spend most of your time?


Do you feel fulfilled with the way you spend your days?


How about your week nights, how do you spend most of your week night time?


Do you feel fulfilled with the way you spend your week nights?


How about your weekends?




Do you feel fulfilled with the way you spend your weekends?

What are some things you'd like to be doing with your time that would bring you more fulfillment?  List as many as you can think of:

Try and get an image of these things pulling away from you like clouds of smoke and blowing away in a strong wind, far up into the sky until they are out of your sight.  (If you can't yet, don't worry. Trying is the first step in achieving.)
